These fun and friendly classes are full of mums just like you all wanting to get fitter and healthier. You can bring your little one along to any of the classes or you can come alone and, don’t worry, there are modifications on all of the exercises so that you can work at your own level and start pushing yourself at bit more when you feel ready. You will get also get personal guidance and informed of anything that should be considered for your postnatal stage.

Most suitable for:

  • Those who have had their 6 week postnatal check (12 weeks if C-section)

  • Those who want to burn lots of fat and as many calories as they can in as little time as possible.

  • Those who want to build strength and muscle tone


Style - Strength & Cardio exercises set up in circuit style around a play/baby zone in the centre. Play mats and a few toys will be provided but will be limited due to the current situation so please feel free to bring anything you wish to your little one.

  • Warm Up

  • 30 minutes of Strength & Cardio Intervals

  • Cool Down & Stretch

Modifications are given for ALL fitness levels and postnatal stage. I’ll also show you how to check your tummy for a tummy muscle separation prior to the workout, a common problem after pregnancy but you need to know if you have one so you can follow the necessary modifications given.

Music - Popular motivating tracks that aim to push you through the moves.

What to bring - Anything you wish to bring for your little one to keep them occupied. There will be playmats and a few toys provided.

What to wear - Wear comfortable workout clothing such as leggings and t-shirt and some trainers.

Payment - After free trial the price is £19.99 per month. Includes as many classes as you like, just simply turn up at whichever classes you like PLUS you get access to all online classes.
