My postnatal fitness sessions are designed to ease you back into your levels of fitness and health before pregnancy (and better for most) in a safe and effective way. Intensity in the sessions increases as and when you feel ready and for PT clients will be based on our initial assessment.

You just need to decide what type of support suits you better from simple online classes with me to, group classes to 1:1 personal training.

Your Trainer - Sarah Oakley

Hi everyone, I’m Sarah a personal trainer based in Leicestershire with over 20 years experience in the fitness and weight loss industry.

I specialise in postnatal fitness and have worked with hundreds of lovely ladies all over the world to improve their fitness, get stronger, eat healthier and feel more confident in themselves.

I strongly believe there is no one to fit all approach to fitness and getting (and staying) in shape. “Starting your journey to a healthier lifestyle should be realistic, sustainable and fit into your own life, or you will just fall at the first hurdle”

With us all being so busy with kids, work, family and, well…just life in general, I’ve set up various ways to support you.
